We have been in talks with the telephone service providers, the NHS telecoms people and the money people and have reached an understanding as to the upgrade which is required to have a fully functional telephone system. The new system will be more in keeping with a proper call centre, with more functionality we can control at our end and some more user friendly features at your end. We’re hoping, in the very near future, to be able to announce when the work will be done, and hopefully thereafter we can all benefit from a system which is fit for purpose.
