To help us investigate and improve any problems you have had with correctly receiving your prescription, please use the form below to let us know what has gone wrong. These are reviewed by a senior member of our admin team and escalated to our in-house pharmacist if needed.
A few things that may help:
✔️ If prescriptions are requested too early, they may not always be able to be processed, so timing requests appropriately can help avoid delays
✔️ Providing the exact medication name and dosage helps us get it right first time
✔️ Making sure your nominated pharmacy is correct and up to date can prevent prescriptions being sent to the wrong place
We also have a dedicated prescription query phone line, which goes directly to our prescription office to help resolve issues as quickly as possible.

• We process over 1000 prescriptions every week, and while we work hard to ensure these are accurate and timely, we know that when things don’t go as expected it can be frustrating
• Repeat Prescriptions can take up to 48 hours to be processed at the practice
• They then go to your nominated pharmacy, which can take a further 1–2 days depending on their collection and dispensing schedules
•We use a barcode tracking system to trace prescriptions where needed, and we continue to work closely with local pharmacies to minimise delays and resolve any problems.
•Pharmacies may also be able to provide emergency supplies in certain situations.
